Our movers Mike, Christian, and Jordan, were incredible. Our move took quite bit longer than we were originally quoted for, but they finished the move with professionalism AND only charged us for what the original estimate was. They also put back together all the furniture that they had to take apart to get through doorways, and were incredibly efficient and kind throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend this company enough, and if you are lucky enough to get Mike and his team as your movers you will NOT be disappointed!

I just did my third move for my mother, with Castle Express Moving. They are absolutely fabulous. Their pricing is fair, and I can’t say enough about their movers. The ones I had today, Michael and Christian, were fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently, and went out of their way to help me. They are sensitive to the customer’s needs, and really care about doing a good job. Don’t bother hiring any other company. This is the one you want!!!

I called Castle a little over a week before we closed on our house - a bit last minute as a couple of the other places I tried didn't have availability....they were super quick to get back to me (on a Friday afternoon no less) and had a quote to me by the next day. They were available for the day I needed them and reasonably priced. I was still planning on requesting a couple more quotes to make sure I was getting a fair price....and then I read their reviews. Most of them are phenomenal, and the bad ones are pretty clearly from people who just didn't want to pay for the service they were getting. I went ahead and booked them. Three guys showed up on time, very professional, courteous, ready to work. They got the job done just a hair over the time quoted (which I expected, since of course I have more stuff than I thought.) They worked around some tricky doorways and were great at taking direction (since we were moving out of a house that other people still live in, it wasn't a "just take everything" situation.) Super friendly guys. They did a great job. Definitely recomend!

We used CEM to move both my mother and ourselves to two different locations in-state. I then referred my sister to them for her move in late 2019/ early 2020. Joe and his team are professional, and efficient! I'd recommend them highly.

I chose Castle Express for my move from a 1 bedroom apartment in Enfield CT to my new apartment an hour and a half away. They were much cheaper than all my other estimates and provided lots of useful tips for my upcoming move. Their team showed up 5 minutes early ready to work (Though I lived very close to their office) and we took a moment to review the things that needed to be moved. Everything was removed from the apartment with no issue, including an oversized item that needed to be hoisted over the balcony since it couldn't fit through the door. There were no issues with transportation and I have not found anything to be damaged. The team was responsive in placing the furniture where I wanted it in the new apartment, and even relocated a couple items for me. I had never used a moving company before, but Castle definitely left a good impression.

From the jump, every person I worked with at Castle Express was a pleasure. Penny was clear on the process and helpful in getting the move on the books. I was told the guys would arrive between 9 and 10AM on Move day. At 8:30 they called to let me know they would be here at 9:30 and that is exactly when they arrived. Each of the crew introduced themselves and was extremely polite and professional throughout the process. This is the first time I have hired professional movers and it couldn't have been a better first experience. Big thanks to Tom, Kevin, Jesse and Mike for being a phenomenal and very entertaining crew! I hope i don't have to move again for a long time but if/when I do, I will definitely call Castle Express again!

This company is top notch, from start to finish. Communication about fees, scheduling, process was professional, immediate and useful. They use state of the art technology to create a unique service order, and the contract was clear and reasonable. Prices fair. Suggestions and reminders sent leading up to the move day, which helped me prepare perfectly for moving day. The movers were professional and friendly, on time. They packed up oversized mirrors for me. They worked swiftly, yet were SO careful with my stuff--at times these big dudes were carrying a huge load at a brisk pace, only to slow suddenly and walk on twinkletoes bc they were gingerly easing a piece of furniture through a doorway, careful not to bang anything. They even gave their opinion when I asked where I should place things! They finished within their estimated time frame. Can not recommend this company enough!

Joe, Penny and all the guys involved in our move were so great. Communication was quick with getting the quote, scheduling the move and for getting supplies. We did a double closing and found out after all of our stuff was packed into the truck that our closings were being delayed. Castle Express was able to hold our stuff an extra night and were very accommodating with rescheduling our unload. The movers themselves were all very professional, friendly and quick -- finishing both the load and unload in less time than I was quoted. I made the mistake of hiring a subpar moving company who didn’t show up the day of my move due to a scheduling error and miscommunication. These guys really came through for me in a pinch and got it done same day with nothing more than a quote from a week prior and a last minute request. Extremely fast and efficient, friendly, and all my stuff made it without issue. They were extremely careful when bringing my furniture into my newly painted condo which was one of my main concerns. Not a single mark on my belongings or walls. Don’t make the mistake I did, hire Castle Express from the start and put your move in their hands (literally) 👍🏻👍🏻

Moved a 2-room office for me locally. Called on the 28th so it's not easy getting a good mover then. Joe called me back and said he was booked for a few days but could do it that day as he had a cancellation. Joe and one of his helpers Mike did it quick and were careful about the walls. Don't deal with amateurs you have to babysit. CALL THESE GUYS. Plus, they are nice people.

I was very satisfied with my recent move! Trying to select a moving company was not an easy task! I read so many bad reviews of the different companies in my area that I was discouraged. I called around and got quotes and found that the various companies charge basically the same hourly rate. In addition, most charge a substantial travel fee. Castle only charges a flat $40 travel fee. After reading so many positive reviews of Castle Express Moving, I decided this was who I would choose. I was glad I did. The crew that I had was very hard working and professional. I don't think they even took a break. They were very careful with my belongings and were very pleasant to work with. After the move, I did have a small issue. I spoke to Joe about it and he resolved it very quickly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Castle Express to anyone.

This was the first time using Castle Express Moving. The company was recommend by local neighbors. My family and I are extremely happy we choose Joe and his crack team of very professional and friendly movers. Joe, the owner, worked with us every step of the process and was very accommodating when our move date was still up in the air. The crew of four showed up on time, kept the furniture and boxes moving (pun intended) and had us moved into our new place with no major problems. There was one causality - a plastic lamp shade. Oh well, I can handle a small broken plastic lamp shade considering how well the entire move went. My wife and I will definitely use Joe again and will recommend his company to all of our family and friends. Thank you Joe!

Really can't say enough about the professionalism from this company. We had a very difficult & complicated move. Joe & his crew were amazing. They packed & moved us with great care! Arrived when they said they would & got the job done! When I started to get overwhelmed, there was always a guy there with a box & a good idea. They followed my crazy color coding system to help make certain that boxes got to where they needed. They even accommodated us when our dates change unexpectedly. Awesome!

THANKS to Joe and his associate for doing such a terrific job! They completed my move on Saturday 3/4/2017. The access to the new place was difficult, some of the furniture was large for the entry way but all was accomplished and there was no damage to any of the furniture. The whole experience with the Castle Express Moving is wonderful. I am moving to Pittsburgh and I needed help to load my furniture and the boxes into the cubes provided by U Pack. From the beginning, Joe provided the right advice for planning my moving. Joe and Jason came right on time today. They were extremely professional and did their job very efficiently. They move every furniture very diligently. Update From Pittsburgh: When we unload our stuff, there was not even a single item which was damaged or broken.
